入选标准
- •1.Term pregnancy (>=37 weeks) planned for caesarean section under subarachnoid block
- •2.Age >18 years
- •3.ASA physical status I or II [29]
- •4.Weight >50 kg or <90 kg
- •5.Height >150cm or <170 cm
- •6.Singleton pregnancy
排除标准
- •1.Pre-eclampsia
- •2.Haemoglobin < 8g/dL
- •3.Resting heart rate > 120/min
- •4.History of cardiovascular diseases ( hypertension, arrhythmia, ischaemic and valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy)
- •5. History of cerebrovascular disease
- •6.Renal impairment (Sr. Creatinine > 1.2mg/dL)
- •7.Allergy to local anaesthetic agents or opioids
- •8.Thrombocytopenia (Platelet count < 1 lakh) and increased INR (INR >1.5)
- •9. Previously known foetal abnormality (syndromic issues, small for gestational age)
- •10. Refuse to give consent
