Inclusion Criteria
1) Athlete who participated in competitions at district level with minimum two years of training.
2)An athlete having ankle stability.
3)An athlete with a shoe size of US 8, 9, 10.
Exclusion Criteria
1. An athlete who is not willing to participate in study.
2. An athlete who smokes, is an alcoholic and uses ergogenic aids.
3. An athlete who suffered an injury in the last three months.
4. An athlete who has suffered from chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease and vascular disease.
