- •1) Healthy adult men and women aged 20-65
- •2) A person who has agreed in writing to the clinical trial consent
排除标准
- •1) Persons with abnormalities in the respiratory cycle and heart rate cycle
- •2) Qigong trainees and professional athletes
- •3) Internal medicine, neuropsychiatric diseases, brain trauma, lesions
- •4) Person with various respiratory diseases accompanying seawater, sputum, fever, etc.
- •5) Person with various acute and chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •6) Those diagnosed with cardiovascular diseases, including those with high blood pressure, arrhythmia, and ischemic heart disease
- •7) Those who have a history of undergoing surgery for heart disease
- •8) Those who are taking drugs related to heart disease or affecting the autonomic nervous system
- •9) Person with obvious internal and external diseases such as cold and food
- •10) Those with high blood pressure and lipid-lowering drugs.
