Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of psychosomatic disorders
Having a smartphone
Age between 20-60 years
Exclusion Criteria
Not undergoing psychotherapy in the last 6 months
Do not have an addiction
Do not have a severe psychiatric illness such as psychotic illnesses
In the last 6 months, there is no severe stressor
Do not have severe psychiatric symptoms

Name Time Method Resilience. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale.;Self-compassion. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after the end of the intervention.
