Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis of psychosomatic disorders
- •Having a smartphone
- •Age between 20\-60 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not undergoing psychotherapy in the last 6 months
- •Do not have an addiction
- •Do not have a severe psychiatric illness such as psychotic illnesses
- •In the last 6 months, there is no severe stressor
- •Do not have severe psychiatric symptoms
