Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Runners aged between 20 and 50 years; of both sexes; running experience of at least two years; running at least 20 km per week; having experience in long\-distance races or competitions; and regular pattern of hindfoot support
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of previous foot surgery; trauma or fractures in the previous six months; and musculoskeletal disorders, such as: neuropathies, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis, ankylosing spondylitis, and difference in length of lower limbs greater than 1\.5 cm
