•1. Test group
•- Patients undergoing living-donor or cadaveric-donor kidney transplantation from IRB approval to December 31, 2023 at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital
•- Patients from age 19 to 74
•- Patients with no exclusion criteria, and who have deciede to participate after informed consent
•2. Control group
•- Patients who have undergone living-donor or cadaveric-donor kidney transplantation from January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2022 at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital
•- Patients from age 19 to 74

•- Patients with a history of abdominal operation including extensive lymph node dissection
•- Patients who have undergone graft nephrectomy, due to acute rejection or bleeding, shortly after kidney transplantation.
•- Cases in which both ligasure ligation and hand-tie ligation were used during dissection
•- Patients with a mental condition
•- Patients unwilling to participate in the study
•- Other patients who are considered unfit to participate by the physician
