(1) Complying with the diagnostic criteria;
(2) Aged 40-85 years;
(3) The patient's vital signs are stable, conscious and can cooperate well with the evaluation-level treatment;
(4) Slow onset;
(5) Static tremor, stiffness and motor decline in at least two of the three items;
(6) Levodopa treatment is effective, and symptoms fluctuate and motor disorders occur after many years of application;
(7) Family members and patients volunteered to cooperate with the evaluation of treatment.
(1) Parkinson's syndrome and Parkinson's superposition syndrome caused by cerebrovascular diseases, brain trauma, encephalitis, poisoning and heredity.
(2) Non-traumatic rhabdomyolysis.
(3) Epilepsy seizures.
(4) Fracture healing period.
(5) History of stereotactic brain surgery.
(6) Psychiatric diseases such as schizophrenia.
(7) Severe abnormal heart, liver and kidney functions.
