Inclusion Criteria
1. Age: 18-70 years
2. Weight: 60-80kg
3. Informed consent
4. Matched clinical and imaging findings
Exclusion criteria:
1. Previous surgery
2. Alcohol or drug addiction
3. Side effects of morphine during study
4. Pregnancy
5. Lactation
6. History of depression
7. History of seizure
8. Multilevel laminectomy or diskectomy
9. Analgesic therapy in the last day
10. Complete postoperative recovery
11. History of diabetes or cardiovascular disease
12. Aphasia or visual loss
