简要总结
This study aims to evaluate the effect of gong mobilization on cervical range of motion deep cervical flexor muscle function and kinesiophobia in patients with cervicogenic headache. Cervicogenic headache is a secondary headache disorder originating from the cervical spine and is commonly associated with reduced neck mobility impaired muscle function and fear of movement. This prospective randomized controlled trial will include patients diagnosed with cervicogenic headache who meet the inclusion criteria. Participants will be randomly allocated into an experimental group receiving gong mobilization along with conventional physiotherapy and a control group receiving conventional physiotherapy alone. Outcome measures will include cervical range of motion deep cervical flexor muscle function and kinesiophobia assessed at baseline and after completion of the intervention. The findings of this study will help determine the effectiveness of gong mobilization as an adjunct intervention in the management of cervicogenic headache.
