1 Patients of both sexes with symptomatic osteoarthritis of knee who fulfill American college of Rheumatology Criterion for diagnosis of Osteoarthritis
2 Patients having symptomatic Osteoarthritis of knee having knee pain between 40mm and 90 mm on a 100 mm visual analogue scale
1 Patients with cardiovascular disorders, hypertension and cardiac arrhythmias
2 Pregnant females or those who are planning their pregnancy during the study
3 Patients who have received oral, intramuscular, intraarticular or soft tissue injections of corticosteroids within last four weeks before reporting to OPD
4 Patients diagnosed to have any inflammatory arthritis gout or acute trauma of knee hip or spine
5 Female patients on oral contraceptives
6 Patients with any known hypersensitivity or contraindication to the drugs in study
7 Patients who present with active concomitant gastroduodenal disorders hepatic and renal impairment
8 Patients with any serious/terminal illness
9 Patients with bleeding disorders
10 Patients with diabetes mellitus
