enlargement of regional lymph node >1cm. Ulceration with a severe discharging ulcer at the site of injection.Rare: disseminated BCG complications such as osteitis or osteomyelitis, allergic reactions, including anaphylactic reactions. Local suppurative lymphadenitis, abscess formation.
