Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •students B/W 8 to 12 years
  • •children who are engaged in other recreational activities along with study and who have had challenges in sleep maintenance for more than one months
  • •parents who can understand, read and write the English language
  • •children who have less than 6 hours of sleep

Exclusion Criteria

  • •use of drugs that affect sleep rhythm
  • •insomnia due to any surgical procedure
  • •cardio-respiratory and another metabolic disease
  • •psychiatric disorders
