Inclusion Criteria
- •Age greater than or equal to 60 years; male or female gender; be enrolled in the Primary Health Care of your municipality; and present preserved cognitive status.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Major physical disability; cognitive impairment; residence time in your municipality less than six months.
