- •women with non\-alcoholic fatty liver disease
- •age range from 30 to 55 years
- •no cardiovascular diseases, no joint and skeletal disease
- •no regular exercise activity in the last 6 months
- •no use of special drugs and supplements that affect the protocol process

The effect of eight weeks of Pilates training and consumption of jujube extract on the indicators of metabolic syndrome in middle-aged womeTriglycerides equal to or greater than 150 mg / dl or specific therapy.
