Inclusion Criteria

1Both the sexes having age between 30 to 60 years.

2Patients having chief & associated complains of Madhumeha (Prabhuta-Avilamutrata, pipashadhikya, kshudhadhikya etc.)

3Known patient of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and also the preliminarily diagnosed patients based on signs and symptoms of the disease are confirmed by FBS and PPBS.

Exclusion Criteria

1Age more than 60 and below 30 years

2All patients of diabetes mellitus dependent on insulin.

3Malignant and accelerated hypertensive.

4CNS disorder e.g. encephalopathy

5Other chronic debilitating diseases like STD etc.

6Pregnant woman and planning to be pregnant within six month

7Lactating mothers.

8Secondary Diabetes mellitus

9Diabetic nephropathy

10End stage renal disease

11Non healing Diabetic ulcer (Diabetic foot)

12Other chronic debilitating diseases.
