- •1. Patients scheduled for elective Nephrectomy
- •2. Patients willing to give informed written consent
- •3. Patients of either sex
- •4. Age 18 to 65 years
排除标准
- •1.Difficult anticipated anatomy on ultrasound
- •2.Localised infection at the proposed site of injection
- •3.Psychiatric illness
- •4.Coagulation abnormalities
- •5.Chronic cardiac, Pulmonary and hepatic diseases and Comorbidities
- •6.Known allergy to local anesthetics
