Inclusion Criteria
Skeletal Class II due to retrognathic and micrognathic mandible
Age - 8 to 14 years
Angleâ??s Class II division 1 malocclusion
ANB >= 5 degrees and Wits appraisal >= 2 mm
FMA angle less than 28 degrees
Overjet >= 5 mm
CS 2-3
Exclusion Criteria
Patients without full complement of teeth
Patients with genetic disorders including Syndromes and Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate.
Open bite.
Treatment including other appliances before or during RME
