- •Age: 16 – 23 years
- •Gender- male and female
- •New to regular pranayama practice.
- •Ability to understand and follow instruction for pranayama practice.
排除标准
- •Musculoskeletal injuries at the time of testing.
- •Extensive prior experience with yoga.
- •Regular practice in special training courses or traditional Chinese health exercises such as Qigong and Tai chi.
