入选标准

  • Age: 16 – 23 years
  • Gender- male and female
  • New to regular pranayama practice.
  • Ability to understand and follow instruction for pranayama practice.

排除标准

  • Musculoskeletal injuries at the time of testing.
  • Extensive prior experience with yoga.
  • Regular practice in special training courses or traditional Chinese health exercises such as Qigong and Tai chi.

结局指标

Auditory reaction time, Cardiorespiratory coupling from heart rate variability

时间窗: At base line and after 30 days.

次要结局

  • Cardiorespiratory coupling from heart rate variability(one month after pre assessment)
