1) Episodic Migraine with aura ie., = 1 migraine episode a month, but < 15 headache days a month
2) Female sex
3) Age between 18-55
4) Normosmic, ie., no olfactory loss, TDI cutoff 30,75
1) Current migraine attack
2) fMRI incompatible: Claustrophobia; magnetic implants of any kind; tattoos with metallic ink on the neck, shoulders, upper arm, and head (could be heated in the scanner and possibly cause blistering or burning); pacemakers; Aneurysm clips and other vascular stents; filters or other devices; prosthetic heart valves and other prosthetic devices; neurostimulation devices; cochlear implants or ocular implants or known metal fragments in the eyes; exposure to shrapnel, metal fillings, or braces.

4) Significant medical problems such as uncontrolled asthma or seizure disorder, acute heart disease, severe and unstable psychiatric problems and other neurological disorders (except migraine), other chronic pain that significantly affects the pat.'s ability to perform daily activities,
Prefer patients without prophylactic migraine medication. Inclusion of acute medication: =10 days per month with acute analgesic medication, Exclusion of medication: no opioids, no cannabis, SNRI , valproate.
5) Acute or chronic sinus problems.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Mechanical pain threshold and electrical pain threshold will be measured with pin pricks (standardized metal pins applied to the skin according to QST protocol) and an electrical stimulator (applied to the skin), respectively, at baseline and after 3 months of olfactory training.
