简要总结
The study of Kasa is necessary as it can be associated with many complications if left untreated. For dry cough, which is correlated with Vataja Kasa*,* Antihistamines such as Cetirizine, Levocetirizine, Loratadine etc are generally used which causes various side effects in children. Hence there is a need to have an alternate treatment option which can provide the relief in sign and symptoms of the disease. So, Kasahara Dashemani Leha one of the herbal preparations has been proposed with or without Goghritato assess its impact on vataja kasa patients in the current study.

入选标准
- •1.Children of both genders belonging to age group 5 to 15years.
- •2.Patients of VaÌ„taja KaÌ„sa with symptoms like Shushka KaÌ„sa (dry cough), Swarbheda (hoarseness of voice), ÅširaḥśuÌ„la (headache), PaÌ„rÅ›vaÅ›uÌ„la and Urashool (pain in flank and chest region), ÅšusÌ£ka mukha and KanÌ£tÌ£ha (dryness of mouth and throat irritation) will be included.
- •3.Patient having frequent episodes of dry cough more than two months.
排除标准
- •1.Age below 5 years and above 15 years.
- •2.All types of KaÌ„sa except VaÌ„taja KaÌ„sa LaksÌ£anÌ£a.
- •3.Patients having symptoms of likelihood of Tuberculosis and Asthma.
- •4.Cough with fever.
