Inclusion Criteria
1.Subjects meeting the diagnostic criteria of CeH.
2.Female subjects between the age range of 20-50 years.
3.History of CeH symptoms since 2 years.
4.Subjects with positive flexion rotation test.
Exclusion Criteria
1.History of spinal and recent lower limb fractures.
2.Scoliosis.
3.Visual impairment not corrected by prescriptive lenses.
4.Whiplash injury.
5.Treatment undertaken in any form except medications.
6.Unstable angina, and respiratory conditions.
7.Vestibular disease.
8.Uncontrolled diabetes.
9.Foot deformities.
10.Neurological disorders.
