Caregiver more than 18 years
Blood relative who has been live with patient for 1 month.
Adult caregiver whose patient is diagnosed with heart failure more than 1 year.
Being seen at the clinic for a routine heart failure clinic appointment.
NYHA Class I, II, III and IV visiting the HF clinic.
Who can understand Hindi or English.
Paid caregiver
Caregivers with mental illnesses or cognitive impairment (medical records).
Care givers with co-morbidities that are diagnosed as chronic disease, such as stroke, dementia, cancer, diabetes, and mental health
disorders.
Caregivers with hearing impairment.
