good glycemic control

wagners grade 1 and 2 diabetic foot ulcer

Exclusion Criteria

Diabetic ulcer with Grades III, IV, V

Uncontrolled diabetics

Associated co-morbidity such as hepatic and renal diseases

Patient on steroids

Patient on phenytoin
