Informed written consent
Patients posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
Modified Mallampatti classification I & II
ASA physical status I & II
BMI < 25kg/ m2
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusing for consent , BMI >30 , Restricted neck movement , mouth opening < 2.5 cm , edentulous, loose, or missing teeth , cervical spine abnormalities, history of gastro-esophageal reflux , hiatus hernia , pregnancy, full stomach, having pharyngeal pathology

Name Time Method Glottis visualisation score during Laryngoscopy , Time required for Laryngoscopy, Distance of Intubator from oral cavity of patients.Timepoint: Continues second to second monitoring on stop watch from start of intubation to confirmation of correct placement of endotracheal tube.
