Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Subjects who are willing to participate
- •2\.All gender population
- •3\.Age group: 19\-40years
- •4\.Waist circumference more than 89cm in females and more than 99cm in males
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of any injury to the abdominal area and Lower Limb surgery in the past 1year.
- •2\.History of spine surgery in past 1 year
- •3\.Participants were diagnosed with abdominal conditions like Appendicitis, Hernia. 4\.Participants diagnosed with Peripheral Vascular Disease.
- •5\. Participants having metal implants in Lower Limb.
- •6\. Hypersensitive participants.
- •7\. participants on any other weight\-reduction plan eg.Medication
