Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient who fulfill the diagnostic criteria.
2. Patient of either gender of age between 18-60 years.
3. Both fresh and treated case will be considered for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Migraine with aura.
2. Severe depression or psychiatric disorders.
3. Referred pain in one half of head due to disorders of ear, eye, nose, teeth and neck.
4. Unilateral headache due to sinusitis, hypertension.
5.Patients who are using drugs like alcohol, chlorpromazine, hydrochlorothiazide, anti-anxiety agents, antidepressants, antipsychotics, antispasmodics, antihistamines and diuretics.
6.Patients under continuation of other system of medication for migraine.
7.Pregnant and lactating women.
