入选标准
- •1. adult patients(18 years of age or older) who had peptic ulcer disease with Helicobacter pylori infection
- •2. participants obtained written informed consent
排除标准
- •1. diagnosis of malignancy
- •2. pregnancy
- •3. prior H. pylori eradication therapy
- •4. use antibiotics in the preceding 3 months
- •5. history of gastric surgery
- •6. refusal or contraindication of endoscopy
- •7. history of drug adverse event or allergy
