入选标准
- •aged 18â€65 years,
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists Class I and II,
- •undergoing elective craniotomy
- •Glasglow coma scale score 12 - 15
排除标准
- •1. Patient who had underlying hypertension with or without received antihypertensive therapy
- •2. Patient who had coronary artery disease
- •3. Patient who had bradyarrhythmia
- •4. Patient who had coagulopathy
- •5. Patient who had increase intracranial pressure
- •6. Patient who had traumatic brain injury
- •7. Patient who allergy to bupivacaine or dexmedetomidine
