Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients aged between 2 -10 years
2. American society of anesthesiologists grade I and II
3. Zubrod/ECOG Performance scale 0-2
4. Preoperative Pain
5. Patients undergoing elective Genito urinary tract surgeries lasting less than 2 hours in KGMU
6. Ability to follow all interventions and criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
1. American society of anesthesiologist grade >3
2. Zubrod/ECOG Performance scale >3
3. Patients undergoing emergency genitourinary surgeries
