- •Women in the reproductive age group of 18 to 45 years, ASA physical status I or II planned for elective caesarean section under spinal anesthesia would be recruited
排除标准
- •1.significant coexisting disease such as hepatorenal diseases
- •2. psychotic disorders
- •3. chronic cardiovascular disease
- •4. history of chronic headache
- •5. any contraindication to regional anesthesia such as local infection or bleeding disorders, allergy to melatonin,
- •6. long-term antidepressant or analgesic drug use
