1. All subjects who had history of SAR-CoV2 infection
2. Age > 18 years
3. Be able to perform pulmonary function test
Exclusion Criteria
1. Has contraindication to perform pulmonary function test
2. Has active respiraotry infection
3. Terminal illness
4. No be able to follow up
