Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosis of a paranoid or hebephrenic schizophrenia according to ICD-10 criteria.
Basline stability of medication for at least one week. Baseline stability of psychopathological symptoms for at least one week.

Exclusion Criteria

Other psychiatric diagnoses, severe internal or neurologic disorders, seizures, implants, cancers.

Primary Outcome Measures

(I) Significant improvement of verbal learning and memory test (VLMT) and n-back-test and (II) reduction of score in the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) from Baseline to immediately after the 10th intervention.
