Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients having classical symptoms of Tamak Shawas like cough,wheezing,dyspnea of mild to moderate degree.
2)Conscious and well oriented.
3)PEFR -60%-90%.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Sever cases of Asthma
2)Known case of acute respiratory infection like pneumonia,bronchitis,whooping cough.
3)Cough with fever and vomiting.
4)Known case of congenital heart disease.
5)Known case of chronic infection.
6)PEFR- <40%

Name Time Method To compare efficacy of Bharangyadi arka nebulisation with Kantakari arka nebulisation with dose 2.5ml per nebulisation 8 hourly (as per req.)for 3 days on Tamak Shwasa in school age group for 3 days.Timepoint: Assessment at 0 then treatment given, then assessed after 30 min, then on 2 nd day and 3 rd day.
