Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients older than 18 years
2. Idiopathic or neurogenic overactive bladder
3. Newly prescribed solifenacin
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients not on solifenacin
2. Patients who had used anticholinergic drugs less than 7 days before they started solifenacin
