Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with maxillofacial trauma involving the maxillary sinus wall region who report within one month of the trauma.
2.Patients who will be managed surgically
3.Patientâ??s age between 18-65 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with associated pathologies like cysts or tumors of the
jaw bones.
2. Patients who are not willing for follow-up for a period of 3 months
3. Patients with pre-existing sinusitis, deviated septum and pathologies associated with maxillary sinus

Name Time Method a.Facial pain and headache <br/ ><br>b.Nasal Discharge <br/ ><br>c.Post nasal Drip leading to nocturnal coughTimepoint: 1 month and 3 months.

Name Time Method asal congestion <br/ ><br>Need for further management. <br/ ><br>Need for medications postoperatively â?? antibiotics, decongestants, analgesics and anti-inflammatory, steroidal nasal spray.Timepoint: 1 month and 3 months.
