简要总结

This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the effects of two functional training delivery models on physical performance in recreational badminton players. The study evaluates an embedded microdosing functional training approach, in which short bouts of exercises are integrated into regular badminton gameplay, and a traditional session based functional training approach, in which the same exercises are delivered as separate structured training sessions. A non training control group consisting of regular badminton gameplay will also be included. The primary outcomes are lower body power, agility, core endurance and dynamic balance measured at baseline and after eight weeks of intervention. It is hypothesized that embedded microdosing functional training will produce similar or greater improvements in physical performance compared to traditional session based functional training because the distribution of training stimulus in small frequent bouts during gameplay may enhance neuromuscular adaptations, reduce fatigue and improve transfer to sport specific movements. The results are expected to inform practical training strategies that are time efficient and suitable for the needs of recreational badminton players.
