Inclusion Criteria
A diagnosis of proliferative lupus nephritis and a received treatment according to either the NIH or the Euro-Lupus protocol.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with proliferative lupus-nephritis who were not treated according to the NIH- or Euro-Lupus protocol and patients with a diagnosis of non-proliferative lupus nephritis are excluded from the study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <p>The most important study parameter is the difference in quality of life between<br /><br>patients that received the NIH treatment and patients that were treated<br /><br>according to the Euro-Lupus schema. Analysis of the drawings will encover which<br /><br>parameters are of meaning, thus in which the two groups differ from each<br /><br>other.<br /><br>In addition, the relation between the level of HRQol and illness perceptions as<br /><br>well as disease activity parameters will be investigated. </p><br>
