1.Aged at least 18 years
2.Having no language barrier to communication
3.Understand Thai language
1.Having history of cognitive impairment
2.Having history of schizophrenia or bipolar
3.Using concurrent anti-depressive medication
4.Having other associated ocular conditions that would impact to visual acuity assessment including glaucoma, vitreoretinal interface and macular abnormalities, neuro-ophthalmology condition, uveitis, and significant cataract
5.Having history of trauma
6.Underwent pars plana vitrectomy by indications other than diabetic-related conditions
