Age 18 - 65 years
Acute Coronary Syndrome patients
Non diabetic
Exclusion Criteria
Diabetes
Already taking lipid lowering drugs or hypoglycaemic drugs
Hypo or hyperthyroid disorders
Advanced Malignancy
Advanced Heart Failure
Taking steroids
Renal failure
Any chronic infection
Genetic Hypercholestrolemic disorders
