Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Adolescent professional athletes engaged in competitive sports from Wardha district
  • •2\)Playing competitive sports for a minimum for one year
  • •3\)Point tenderness around shin upon palpation

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Stress fractures
  • •Bone tumors,Compartment syndrome
  • •Congenital anomalies
  • •Vascular insufficiencies,
  • •Known allergy to tape, and
