Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Adolescent professional athletes engaged in competitive sports from Wardha district
- •2\)Playing competitive sports for a minimum for one year
- •3\)Point tenderness around shin upon palpation
Exclusion Criteria
- •Stress fractures
- •Bone tumors,Compartment syndrome
- •Congenital anomalies
- •Vascular insufficiencies,
- •Known allergy to tape, and
