入选标准
- •Patients needed prolong ventilation
- •Upper Airway foreign body that cannot be dislodged with Heimlich and basic life support manoeuvres
- •Neck trauma resulting in severe injury to the thyroid or cricoid cartilages ,hyoid bone or great vessels
排除标准
- •Patients aged <20 years and >80 years
- •Ventilator support <48 hours
- •Any neck mass or swelling in neck
- •Patients with abnormal or poorly palpable midline neck anatomy.
- •Patients needed isolation like tuberculosis, Hepatitis-B, Hepatitis-C and HIV-I & II.
- •Patients with coagulopathy.
- •Paediatric Patients.
