Inclusion Criteria

Chronic Osteomyelitis or a tibial non union with highly suspicious sings of infection

- tibial nail with either a gentamycin-coated or an uncoated tibial nail

Exclusion Criteria

aseptic non- union of the tibia or different surgical procedure
