Inclusion Criteria

Age group between 18 or more then 18 years to 60 years.

Sex both male and female with irrespective of gender.

Patient diagnosed with sign and symptom of Chronic Kidney Disease as per standard KIDGOcriteria.

Patient with symptom of Mutravaha Srotodushti.

Patient of diabetes Mellitus having controlled fasting blood sugar more then or equal to 200mg per dl post prandial blood sugar less then 300 mgper dl, HbA1c less then 7 having Chronic Kidney Disease symptoms with or without Hypertension or Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Patient undergoes Dialysis regularly more than 1 times in 7 days

Patients who are ready to give consent with firm home address and contact number which is readily accessible during coarse of trial

Patient who are not registered in any other research project

Exclusion Criteria

Age less then 18 and more then 60 yrs.

Patients take insulin for blood glucose control.

HbA1c more then 7

Blood Pressure 160 by 100 mmHg with medication

Patient undergoes Dialysis regularly more than 2 times in 7 days .

Urinary tract obstruction like benign prostatic hypertrophy , renal calculi tumors or disease such as HIV patient Hepatitis C

Lactating mother

Pregnant women

Patient not able to take oral medicine

Patient who are not willing to sign informed consent

Patient who are registered in any research project
