入选标准
- •1.Age 38 years
- •2.Infertility > 2 year
- •3.Basal antral follicle count > 5
- •4.Baseline FSH and LH 10 mIU/ml
- •5.Baseline Estradiol (E2 ) levels less thanor equal to 50 pg/ml
- •6.Normal Serum Prolactin and TSH levels.
- •7.Normal semen parameters as per WHO definition (WHO 2010).
排除标准
- •1.Infertility attributed to endocrinal abnormalities.
- •2.Documented poor response in the previous ovarian stimulation
- •3.Premature ovarian failure
- •4.Severe male factor infertility
- •5.Stage III and IV endometriosis
- •6.Known psychological disorders
- •7.Known Medical disorders
