Inclusion Criteria
1. Diabetic geriatric population
2. Patients who score less than 7 on the self-questionnaire of the Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI) and more than 2.5 in physical assessment of the Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI).
Exclusion Criteria
1. Any recent musculoskeletal or neurological condition that may hinder participation in the current study.
2. Any recent surgery that may restrict participation in the study.

Name Time Method 1. Tinetti Performance Oriented Mobility Assessment (POMA) <br/ ><br>2. Balance Outcome Measure for Elderly Rehabilitation (BOOMER)Timepoint: pre-assessment will be taken, patient has to perform the protocol for 4 weeks (3 sessions per week) followed by post-assessment of all the outcome measures at the end of 4th week
