- •being interested to participate in the study; being middle-aged (65-30 years old); use drug for treatment of hypertension; the duration of diagnosed hypertension occurred at least for 6 months; not being involved in other common educational program related to hypertension at the same time and at least be literate.
- •Exclusion criteria: the people don't want to continue the cooperation; participants who have attended at least two training sessions.
