Inclusion Criteria

  • •1) Primary frozen shoulder patients with age = 20 years
  • •2) Shoulder pain with limitation of passive motion of greater than30 degrees in two or more planes of movement

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1) Secondary frozen shoulder combined with othes shoulder disorders including rotator cuff injury, osteoarthritis, or instability.
  • •2) Previous steroid injection on the affected side within 3 months
  • •3) History of previous shoulder surgery
  • •4) Bleeding diathesis
  • •5) poor cognitive function
