Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Primary frozen shoulder patients with age \= 20 years
- •2\) Shoulder pain with limitation of passive motion of greater than30 degrees in two or more planes of movement
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Secondary frozen shoulder combined with othes shoulder disorders including rotator cuff injury, osteoarthritis, or instability.
- •2\) Previous steroid injection on the affected side within 3 months
- •3\) History of previous shoulder surgery
- •4\) Bleeding diathesis
- •5\) poor cognitive function
