Inclusion Criteria

(1) Female Patients between the age of 18-35 years.

(2) Patients diagnosed for PCOS.

(3) Both married and unmarried women.

(4) Infrequent menses at interval longer than 35 days.

(5) Spotting, Scanty bleeding.

(6) Yoni Vedana ( pain in vagina)

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Patient having congenital anomalies of genital organs.

(2) Primary amenorrhoea.

(3) Patient already on Hormonal therapy.

(4) Lactating women.

(5) Trauma to ovaries.

(6) Androgen secreting tumours and adrenal hyperplasia.

(7) Woman having Hb <8gm%

(8) Hyperprolactinemia, Cushing syndrome

(9)Woman having other systemic disorders like- TB, DM, Hypertension, Hypo/hyperthyroidism, HIV, HbsAg, Malignancy.
