1.Have cerebral infarction confirmed by a computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging examination;
2.Unilateral hemiplegia due to stroke;
3.With stable physical sign;
4.Aged >18 years;
5.Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
1.Presence of a positive neurological history and residual neurological defects;
2.Within 2 weeks after stroke onset;
3.Presence of serious heart, kidney, liver, gastrointestinal, infectious, endocrine disease or cancer;
4.Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)<=9;
5.With cardiac pacemakers, metal implants in the brain or skull defects;
6.Study compliance was poor.
